I enjoyed the musicin the avatar film very much when i watched it & couldn't wait to get hold of the soundtrack.
I think all the track's are great. Yes they are admittedly all rather samey but that is just the theme of the movie.
I love this album & i think it is well worth the money, whether you love the film, the composition of the music, or just want an album to relax to. It's brilliant & i highly recommend it.
James Horner triumphs again - By: Eagle, 03 Jul 2010 If your a fan of his music you will not be dissapointed & if you've seen the film you will already know how well it sets the film.
He's one of the best for any action within a film it realy sets the pace for the action.The theme is just great,how he uses voicesin his work is very haunting sometimes & theirs no shortage of that here & the Louina Lewis song for the credits is wonderfull,why that was not used for the title I'm not sure,or even released as a single,its got to be on par with Titanic.
I actulaly bought the CD before seeing the film,thats how good I rate his work,he's up their with the best,you also get a few detailsin the cover notes.
Loved the DVD - By: M. J. Shaw, 20 Jun 2010 Just wonderful value for the money. Play this over & over again. Love everything about Avatar, music brings the memories of the movie flooding back. Not often I get excited about a new movie but this one presses all my buttons.

The delivery was fast & the item wasin good condition on arrival. If you enjoyed the musicin movie this will make a great addition to you're CD collection.
Great listen. - By: Mr. M. J. Jones, 30 Apr 2010 A great soundtrack from a great film. Yes, yes I know the story has been ripped off & some elements of the soundtrack have been recycled but that doesn't stop me from really enjoying both.
Each track takes me straight back to the film & I cant listen to the first track without the hairs on the back of my neck standing up & thinking about the beauty of the ISV Venture Star & Pandora from orbit...
