If you really don't want to spend, there is a free Lovefilm trial.
All companies are well known so there is no risk involved- give it a go! I got my Ipod & many other things this way, so don't miss out.
I was a sceptic once but now I am SO glad I gave it a chance. B8C approved this system on their Newsnight programme a while back.

sobbing - By: Kathryn Hunt, 25 Nov 2008
the music great especially when the first time you see the film.
ive been able to relate to the films from the beginning but this one is by far the most emotional. the music puts across so many feelings that made me cry 4times throughout.
buy the CD after youve watched the film or you wont get the entire impact of the music.
Read the product details carefully - misleading title! - By: K. J. Mortimer, 25 Nov 2008
Be careful - this is not a set of the CD & DVD of the film, as I thought! It is a CD soundtrack, plus a DVD disc of the movie trailer, music video & behind the scenes clips. I only realised when the CD arrived & I went back online to check when the DVD was coming - it's not!
"This is the Last Chance" to Hear the Original Cast Sing - By: Mark Baker, 04 Nov 2008
With two successful movies (and soundtracks) behind them, the original cast of High School Musical came together one last time to sing, dance, & act together. And fans of the first two will enjoy this soundtrack just as much as the others.
As you'd expect, the music ranges from pop to rock to Broadway to hip hop & back again. And I guess I've gotten used to it because even the more hip hop tracks don't bother me as much this go around. Of course, all the songs have a pop based that will appeal to the core audience of pre-teens. They know where their bread is buttered.
And the songs cover just about everything you'd facein the last few months of high school. "A Night to Remember" brings back memories of my own prom every time I hear it. "Now or Never," the song from the previews, covers the push to leave behind a sports legacy. "The Boys are Back" is a fun track that Chad & Troy get to sing about their friendship. And there's the medley that forms the basis of the show they doin the movie, "Senior Year Spring Musical." It's really bits of the songs we've already seen, but they keep it fresh enough that it's still fun.
Probably the funniest track to me is the graduation mix of "We're Allin This Together." Basically, they slow down the song from the original movie. Since that is still my least favorite song from the first movie, I'm not thrilled to see it again. And the fact that it is slower doesn't help things at all.
Troy & Gabriella get a plethora of songs this go around. Gabriella solos on "Walk Away" while Troy deals with his frustrations on choosing his futurein "Scream." And they get three love songs. My favorite by far is the fast waltz "Can I Have This Dance." Honestly, it's a song that would work for a first dance at a wedding.
No, it's not as much fun as the original soundtrack. But neither is the movie. Still, there are some good songs that anyone will be more than willing to be caught singing.
Pure, straightforward pop - By: B. Gristwood, 02 Nov 2008
I've been to see the Movie & was blown away by the music. It's cheesy, sure, but with high school musical you knwo what you are getting. I think it starts off really cheesy(as does this CD) with troy & gabrielle doing a lot of "uh hu's"in their songs(I hate that), but it does developin its maturity & this stuff is good.
I have to say,in a world where music is so pretentious, this is a blast of pure, straightforward pop & who could ask for any more than that.
