AMAZING!!! - By: Beth Hamilton, 01 Oct 2008
I love this album. Ever since i bought it iv been driving my family & friends crazy singing all the catchy songs. As a big busted fan i think it is a very good pop/rock album. I would recommend it to anyone, the jonas brothers are more than just some "disney popcorn" & their songs are very well written. One of the best albums i own!
THE BEST BAND EVER! - By: Nelly, 23 Jun 2008

excellent sophmore effort - By: Ms. S. Khan, 12 Feb 2008
This is a really great cd, I wasn't a fan of Jonas Brothers, I wondered what all the fuss was about at first. The first song I heard was "when you look mein the eyes" from then on I had to have the album, I was hooked. They write all their own songs (with the exception of a few covers) & play their own instruments. They're 3 talented individuals with wacky personalities but when it comes to song writing are mature beyond their years. I'm really glad they've become so successful (mainly thanks to Disney).
I can't wait for their new album due out Jun/Jul 08, they've been preforming songs from it on their tour & are awesome(especially "a little bit longer" which Nick wrote about discovering he had Diabetes)
They've just singed a two year worldwide arena tour so fingers crossed they'll come here !!!
The best Disney album ever released. - By: BetterBelieveIBled, 23 Oct 2007
After their debut album, IT'S ABOUT TIME (2006), which was a commercial failure overall, the three brothers, JOE, KEVIN & NICK released their second effort, the much improved self-titled effort. JONAS BROTHERS (2007) covers a wide range of styles & musical tastes, & is suitable for anyone - & any ages! - to listen to. Filled with mostly umtempo rock-tinged pop numbers & calming & beautiful ballads, the album is a must-have for all Disney fans. Overall, if you enjoyed their first effort, I'd strongly suggest you buy this if you haven't already! If you're a big fan of Disney & do not yet know who these guys are, then best you get checkin' them out!

The album begins extremely well, starting off with number one US iTunes hit (the only Disney song of two - the other being Cast of High School Musical's "Breaking Free," to achieve this) "SOS," & then continues strongly with first single (SOS was the second) "Hold On," A great song about breaking up. The album follows through with "Goodnight & Goodbye," a somewhat agressive, feisty number, before the amazing "That's Just The Way We Roll." My possible favourite Jonas Brothers song ever, here the guys diss all the haters, exclaiming: "We are more than you think so call us freaks, but That's Just The Way We Roll." Damn right! Track five, "Hello Beautiful," is very Plain White T's "Hey There Delilah"-ish, & although not as great, still a lovely ballad where the vocals shine through. The next three tracks, "Still In Love With You," "Australia" & "Games" see the Brothers going back to their agressive routes, while "When You Look Me In The Eyes" is a big soppy ballad that is probably one of my favourites on the album, despite me not being a fan of pop-rock groups who tackle ballads. In "Inseperable" & "Just Friends," the Brothers sing about how about they cannot separate with their partnersin the former, &in the latter about how the have a crush on a girl. Although I'm a big fan of McFly, Busted & Son of Dork, & these two tracks are VERY McFly, Busted & Son of Dork, the latter isn't one of my favourites, but the former has grown massively. Speaking of which, neither is follow-up "Hollywood," although I do love the song. The album continues with their rendition of Busted's UK hit "Year 3000," & it really is quite weird hearing an American group perform a British group's song! They cleverly change "Triple breasted women swim around town, totally naked!" to "Girls there with round hair like Star Wars, float above the floor!" to make it suitable for younger kids, & also change "It had outsold Michael Jackson" to "It has outsold Kelly Clarkson." Although no-one can beat the original version of Busted, Jonas Brothers did an amazing job! The closing track, clearly a tribute to Kim Wilde's "Kidsin America," is a fast, fun & flying closing track! I love this album, & I believe that you should too. ;)
Jonas Brothers- one of the hottest talents around - By: Ms. A. R. Harvey, 09 Sep 2007
The Jonas brothers have come onto the scene as a young, fresh band. Their sound combines a number of sounds- from rock & pop to soul & Jazz.
The songs on this album really show what amazing vocals the brothers have & shows their huge musical talent.
My personal fav songs are Hold On- with its fast pace & catchy chorus, SOS- with its strong beat & When you look mein the eyes- a beautful song with gorgous lyrics.
You may recognise the song Year 3000 from busted & Kids of the Future (cover of the classic Kids of Amercia)- both respectable covers & good songs.
Also, the songs are kid friendly & have often been used for Disney films. But tenagers will also relate to the songs as well.
This cd is worth buying- the songs are great & it leaves you wanting to hear more from these boys.
