i had my doubts about this label from previous years, & so very pleasantly surprised by crystal sound, which is always half the battle won on world music (non electric instruments) recordings. superb playing sometimes reaching the 'magical' level. if youve never heard a sitar based album or youve got many cds you cant go wrong, improve your life & record collection with this cd!!!!!!!
Sublime Classical Indian Music - By: Londonstani, 13 Jul 2007 This is a special cd on which you can hear Sitar & the rarley heard bass sitar (surbahar) & dilruba (fretted fiddle). Track 5 for says it all. This guy is the real deal & more people should know of him. For anyone who is interestedin the best music from different world traditions.
