Having just bought a karaoke machine I wanted some discs to goin it. I bought this one & although the music is good there are no words on the screen they arein the book inside the cd case. A bit pointless for karaoke, especially when you have had a few drinks as you can't see the words as they are so little. I didn't realise I had to buy CDG cds.

I purchased this CD to use for singing practice, as this is my hobby. I thought, even if the backing tracks don't sound very 'authentic', I wouldn't have lost much cash & could still use it for a giggle on a 'girls night in' with a bottle of wine & a few friends! However, I was very pleasantly surprised! All the backing tracks are of a good quality & they are all very similar to the style of the artist which they claim to be. I was also pleased that the CD insert not only contained all the lyrics to the songs as promised, but they were all accurate! (Hallelujah!)
This CD not only boasts a decent selection of songs (of which there are twice as many as on most karaoke CD's), but it is value for money & does exactly what is says on the 'tin'!
