What day did God create Spinal Tap - & couldn't he have rested on that day too?

Parody? - Never! - this is the real deal baby!! - By: , 27 Feb 2006 After reading some reviews I noticed that some look at the mighty Spinal Tap as being a spoof or parody! - Shame on you! - I didn't think the visit to A&E was a parody after my ears bled after listening to Venus de Milo or the time when I slipped into a temporary coma after listening too much of Shark Sandwichin the same sitting!! - These guys live the dream & all naysayers are over-looking the genius that is Spinal Tap.
Search out your lycra & spandex & rock til' it hurts.

What a great soundtrack! The songs are what make the movie for me. With songs like Big Bottom, Tonight We going to Rock You & Give me some Money, you know you are going to laugh.
The guysin Spinal Tap do play all the instruments on the soundtrack & are all very talented. The songs are very well written, the lyrics making you laugh every time, there are riffs & solos aplenty.
It's not musical genius but still very good!

It has all the major tracks from the film such as "Tonight I Am Gonna Rock You Tonight", "Big Bottoms", "Sex Farm" & the unforgettable "Stonehenge". As well as these it has the rest of the songs from the "Smell The Glove" album that are notin the film & the tracks "Gimme Some Money" & "(Listen To The) Flower People" which were supposed hits from earlier spinal taps.
If you have not seen the film then you probably had no idea what I was just talking about. Do not despair simply watch the DVD/VHS "This Is Spinal Tap" & all will become clear. Also if you have seen "This Is Spinal Tap" then you might not have heard that there is a second spinal tap movie called "The Return Of Spinal Tap" & soon possibly even a third.
All tapees you should be ashamed if this isn't already part of your collection!
Smell the glove - By: , 17 Oct 2003 Unfortunately, If you are looking for the soundtrack the the rockumentary "This is Spinal Tap", you have come to the wrong place.
What you are looking at, is the European release of the Spinal Tap album "Smell The Glove", which includes many of the tracks featured on the band's recent American tour, coupled with three of their "old-school" hits!
The bottom line is this:
Buy this album if you are a Tap fan!!!
If you have not seen "This is Spinal Tap"- Watch it now.
Seriously- watch it, before you revisit this page & order the cd.
If you are not a believer, you soon will be!!!
