Without experimentation where would we be? It's not ATLiens but it's not supposed to be. They showed they could chill us out & take us to that higher place, now they've shown us they can make us move. I'd say its the perfect balance of social comment, funk, spiritualism & everything else that makes music great. The best track has got to be Humble Mumble (shame Erykah Badu only seems to not be annoying when she's backing someone up, another example being 'Baby You got Me - The Roots'.
Allin all a shit hot album...Different...But hot.

Not the best of albums. At first i enjoyed the typical 'Ms Jackson' & 'So Fresh & So Clean' but after a while it became anooying. Had to give the album a try becuase im a massive OutKast fan. I was dissapointed. Alot of the tracks are only bearly listenable but 'We Luv Deez Hoez' & 'Toilet Tisha' are OUTSTANDING songs & im glad i bought the album just to hear them songs. But otherwise its jus not OutKast, but a clear attempt to try & fitin with the crowds of mainstream idiots that the industry seems to be filling up with today. As much as i love OutKast i really cant get into this one!
brlliant - By: Tom, 31 May 2004 the only way this can't 5 stars is if you only compare it with other Outkast albums. It may not be the best Outkast but its still 5/5 relative to all other music.
A CD for R'n'B fans with high expectations - By: , 31 Jul 2001 Outkast deserve many medals for this CD. Toilet Tisha is chilled out electric Rn'B at its best, while the epic B.O.B energises even the most lethargic slobs. A quirky, zesty CD which is definitely a must.
The Best Yet - By: , 16 May 2001 Forget "miss jackson" look no further than "toilet tisha", a song that reaks of classic prince & "stankonia" the title track to realise this is no ordinary hip hop group. Outkast are by far the best thing to happen to rapin years, freaky lyrics & super cool beats make this one on the best albums i have ever heard!!
