This was my introduction to Jazz & it does not disappoint. I have been listening to this album for the last 15 years (it came outin 1992) & it still pleases. From the cool 'Get to Grips' to the breezy 'After Hours'. It's an album for a lazy Sunday or an after-hours chill out & everythingin between. This CD has brought immense pleasure. I can full heartedly recommend this album.

You don't have to be a purest jazz fan to take a shine to this offering from Ronny Jordan. The music is so accessible yet deep & mellow. "Get to grips" & "See the new" are almost anthemic...they could nearly find a slotin a jeans commercial. "Show me your love" is perfect late night romance. "After hours" is near hypnotic.
Overall, music you may wish to get to know more about.
