One of the best Live Albums I've ever heard> - By: jon.mcfee@btinternet.com, 18 Dec 2000
From the moment the "Theme Form Shaft" strikes up you know this is going to be a brilliant album, followed closely by "Come On" (a live version of what what most people these days consider to be modern Garage Music).
The next 70 odd minutes are a wonderful journey through the music of Isaac Hayes along the way he brilliantly covers such classics as "Light my Fire", "Never can say goodbye" & "The first time ever I saw your face" & also classics like "Aint no sunshine" & "Stormy monday blues" find there way into his repotoire. Along with his own sublime musical masterpieces.
This album is a must for all fans of classic soul & funk music not just Isaac Hayes fans.
