Probably the most safe, boring instrumental music you will ever hear. Songs sound very similar i.e. not very exciting to say the very least. The music is appropriate for the following situations:
A) whilst holding the line
B)in a lift
C)in airport toilets
Well, you have to be cruel to be kind sometimes & unfortunately, I don't know what positives I can find with Kenny G's music. The most famous song, Songbird, is the least mindnumingly dull of the lot but still hardly the type of thing you'd CHOOSE to hear.
I often see this placed under the title of "jazz", which is quite a joke if you compare these songs with, say, anything else considered jazz.
I would imagine that listening to this constant drone more than a few times might make you contemplate suicide. Don't bother.

This is a must have album if you're a fan of Kenny G & his music. The album makes essential listening, ideal for background music when entertaining or just relaxing alone or with that someone special. The classic with Toni Braxton (How Could An Angel Break My Heart) is haunting & filled with emotion. The upbeat tempo of Havana almost makes you want to get up & Cha Cha! Well I think its a cha cha - I'm no expert. A thoroughly wonderful 'chill out' album.
