Having recently purchased this album on the strength of knowing a couple of tracks, I have to say that I was delighted with what was on it. Having playedin a Silver Band for the past number of years, it is a style of music which greatly appeals to me.

This CD has something for everybody - from film (Star Wars theme, Floral Dance - as featuredin the 1996 hit Brassed Off), Gospel (Crimond - aka The Lord's My Shepherd, & Abide With Me) & ragtime (The Entertainer) to name but a few.

If you've never listened to Brass music before, you could do worse than listen to this offering
