A touching and complete worship album - By: , 17 Jun 2005
This is the first mainstream album from delirious? & they gave a wonderful offering first time. This is where classics begin, such as Deeper & History Maker. White Ribbon Day is one of the most beautiful songs ever written, & deals with a serious issue christians face today about how God can be loving when there is so much painin the world. Even if you aren't a christian you can still enjoy this album. It is an excellent worship album & also an excellent CDin its own right.
YOU NEED THIS! - By: C J Thomas, 19 Jan 2005
If you're a Delirious? nut case, a first time D buyer or just inquisitive, this is the place to begin your journey with the boys. The Christian Indie rockers "OK Computer" is "King of Fools". This album has some of the most popular & well know Delirious? jives on it & is absolutely essential for your record collection. Only rivalled by their latest splendid production "World Service" this album will introduce you to the songs that make any Delirious? gig - well, brilliant; Deeper, History Maker, Sanctify, Revival Town, there all here guys! STOP THINKING ABOUT IT AND JUST GET IT NOW! Strongly recommended.
Living like a prayer .... - By: , 11 Nov 2000
The 'King of Fools' album from the up & coming Christian band turning towards a secular/poplar audience does just that: lives like a prayer. Whether the listener have any affiliations with Christianity or not, this album has a strength & the unique vitality which allows it to compete for an audience outside of its spiritual framework. Few would challenge these five men's musical skills & the lyrics bear witness to an intensely human engagementin & with the World, though not devout of a messianic vision.
INCREDIBLE - By: , 12 Mar 2000
Excellent - need i say more! An excellent band & one of their best albums. Some amazing worship songs but also something great to listen to even if you aren't christian. If you don't listen to the rest certainly listen to deeper it is the best song EVER !
A CD WHICH WILL ALWAYS BE ON YOUR PLAY LIST! - By: lisa@zpearce.freeserve.co.uk, 25 Jan 2000
I've had this album for ages & have to say that I still play it loads as well as their newer album Mezzamorhis (check that out as well). The lyrics are really inspiring & many times "What a friend I've found" has helped me worship God. Awsome album -get it or regret it!
