Customer Reviews

Sheer brilliance - By: Gareth Franklin, 08 Apr 2008
It's not often that I buy a CD just because I'm going to a gig & want to know the words, but I did with this one...and I've listened to it so many times I know most of the words to the songs! In all honesty, this is one of the best albums I have ever listened to, never mind bought, & as such, I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone who has even a passing interestin music.
I don't regret watching Coyote Ugly - By: Mr. A. W. Lamb, 12 Sep 2007
It was a tuesday night & my housemates & I couldn't decide what to watch on TV, either Coyote Ugly or The Rock, ultimatley it came down to a flip of the coin & we chose the former. In between the female feelgood factor & soppy sotryline was a song that seemed to play through most of the dancing scenes. I asked my friends what it was & they responded "Pour Some Sugar on Me, by Def Leppard". I was intrigued, it was catchy & mostly important ROCKING!.
For a fortnight I struggled to get the tune out of my head, so finnaly I bought Hysteria, you will not be dissapointed if you. This album is probably the bands finest work with almost every track being catchy & memorable. If you enjoy the soft rock of Boston & Journey or the Glam Metal of Poison & Warrant then this album is perfect for your tastes, & even if you dont you will no doubt find it pleasing. If worse comes to worse you can be assured that if you stick it on at a party you will have everyone singing by track 5.
an album that gets its rocks off! - By: spike, 01 Sep 2007
This is the album that sums up the career of Def Leppard bursting at the seams with pure quality what makes this re-issue even more better is the added B-sides & other bonuses on offer.

This album is worthy of getting five stars but watch out for Manraze & te release of their debut album as anybody would recognise a member of Def Leppard a mile off leading his own bandin his spare time.
One of the best albums EVER made! - By: P. Sheldon, 02 Jul 2007
You really don't have to be a rock fan to enjoy this album, the original '87 version was about as close to perfection as is possible, & this just blows it through the roof! BUY IT! You really won't regret it!
One of the Best - By: I. M. Street, 07 Mar 2007
I have to say after owning all the Def Leppard CDs this is by far the best with Songs like Women & Animal & even Hysteria this album boasts 9 songs that made itin to the Charts at the time. There just is no comparison against all the other albums Def Lepard have released. 10/10
