I was surprised when I first listened to this tape. I was expecting a traditional Agatha Christie type formatin the manner I was used to hearing. The three stories have been very much updatedin terms of the setting of the stories & the language & general setting of the plots. This does notin any way detract from the enjoyment, rather it enhances the quality of the tales, indicating that the original format transfers very easily to a more up to date setting. The actingin all the stories is excellent, & the plots take a very interesting & unexpected turn, particularly towards the end, which is of course what one would expect from the author. I thoroughly recommend this tape, & would offer it for sale as second hand if I didn't know that I would want to play it over & over againin the future!
